Sarah Pridham MISRM
Soft Tissue Therapist & UKA Endurance Coach
Hi. I’m Sarah and I gained my first massage qualification in 2002 after studying Equine Science as I wanted to work with horses. Since then I’ve continued to study and hold primary qualifications in Swedish Massage, Sports Therapy, Equine Sports Massage, Clinical Sports & Remedial Massage (level 5 professional diploma from the Oxford School of Sports Massage) and professional development certificates in related subjects.
My focus shifted to working more with people after setting up the clinic at Launceston Sports & Therapy in 2005. I’ve worked with hundreds of amazing clients over the years with constantly varying problems and all the time I’m reminded how unique and individual we are. My work has also taken me overseas, looking after the GBR Lifesaving Team at the World and European Championships in 2014 and 2015.
Out of work I keep my own lovely horses, go horse racing as often as possible and still maintain good running fitness so that I can run a few marathons every year although they seem to be trail running events now as I’m getting slower and less hungry for PBs!
